What does InteractWith do exactly?

In the simplest sense, InteractWith is a mobile app and website that makes it easy for individuals to i/w their local service providers.

What does "i/w" mean?

"i/w" is shorthand for "interact with." You'll see us use this shorthand throughout the site and app.

What do you mean by 'interact'?

We believe that the personal touches of one's service shouldn't be lost when using a mobile device, so we classify interactions as any digital communication, sharing, or collaboration between two or more people.

Is the app available for Android and iPhone?

Yep! Our app is available for both the iPhone and Android. For iPhone users, you can download it on the App Store. And for Android, here's the link to Google Play.

What version of iOS and Android do you support?

You will need at least iOS 7.0 if you're an iPhone user, and at least Android version 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) if you're using our Android app.

Is your website available for personal use?

At the moment, only businesses can use our website to manage their interactions.


How much does it cost for Personal use?

It's always free for Personal use to i/w your local services.

If I'm a business, how much does it cost to get setup?

As a business how much does it cost monthly?

We offer a free version of the app where you can try out the product, and if you were to upgrade to our Premium version, it would only cost $25/mo. per user. For more information about pricing, please visit our Pricing page.

What if I decide to cancel? Are there any fees?

Nope! We simply cancel your membership and the features are brought back to the Essentials level. Your data is not deleted if you decide to cancel; only features are reduced.

If I'm a Premium subscriber and I email you a question, how long does it usually take for you to respond?

Typically we try to respond within 48 hours of your email.

What languages do you offer?

We only offer an English version of the product right now.
